The Concord Community Music School
The Music School is a private, non-profit educational organization that was founded in 1984. Their mission is to foster a sense of community through music by providing the fullest possible array of musical experiences for people of all ages, musical abilities, and backgrounds.
An auditioned community chorus, under the leadership of Music Director Daniel Perkins, which has earned high accolades for its vitality, precision and warm choral tone. Repertoire ranges from a cappella classics to major works with professional orchestra and soloists, all sung with the style and grace that are hallmarks of this ensemble.
The Concord Chorus, a nonprofit organization founded in 1945 and also directed by Ryan Turner, occupies an honored place in the musical life of Concord Massachusetts and surrounding communities. Celebrating its 60th season, the chorus provides a fine opportunity to hear works of the great choral repertoire performed by 90 amateur and trained singers who are committed to artistic excellence.
Granite State Symphony Orchestra
Led by Maestro Robert C. Babb, The Granite State Symphony Orchestra (GSSO) was created to provide New Hampshire's finest professional musicians with the opportunity to play classical music at a cost accessible to people of all ages. The symphony is located in Concord and performs concerts at a number of venues around the state.

Steven Ledbetter is a frequent guest lecturer and program annotator for the Concord Chorale. Mr. Ledbetter was a long-time staff Musicologist and Program Annotator for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, where he worked from 1979 to 1998.
Concord Chorale Music Director Ryan Turner recently joined the faculty of Phillips Exeter Academy as Director of Choirs. Phillips Exeter, located in Exeter, NH, is one of the country’s most prestigious prep schools, with countless accomplished and highly regarded alumni, including our nation’s newest Poet Laureate, Donald Hall.
Chorus America is the national service organization that promotes the highest artistic quality, development and growth of vocal ensembles, advocates the fair remuneration of professional singers and choruses that provide professional services, and stimulates greater understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of choral music throughout North America.
